Watch the video and check out the worksheet that is attached as well.  If you have a printer, you can print it and fill it out on the page, if not, I highly recommend investing in a notebook or journal. (It might just become your new best friend.)

Before We Begin.

Before we even get started, I have to tell you how incredibly proud I am of you for just showing up.

Sometimes when you're anxious, the idea of presenting yourself online or signing up for something new throws you into anxiety mode.

I get it. This might have taken a lot of courage for you to show up, but you did it and you're here and that's huge.

Before Module 1 opens on April 16th, take some time to get clear on what you want. What do you dream of doing that is being put on hold because of anxiety. Let yourself imagine big things and lay the foundation for what WILL become your life when you've finally broken your anxiety habits.
